Working :D & Working :D

Well, yesterday i'm to busy even for eat and now it's so quiet until i felt a sleep. So, i just directly blogging at the campus library (yes, it's my working place) over my precious working desk.

Although it's holiday but our library was so crowded. I'm quiet overwhelm with people's questions and requests. Suddenly, an old man (a very old man that don't even know how to use computer and don't not know specifically what is he searching for) appear in front of me.

He approaching me and asking "excuse me, can-u-help-me please?"

Me : " of course, *smiling with enthusiasm*"

He : "ummm.. I'm-searching-for-linguistic-books. I-don't-know-the-books. But, i-got-the-authors-lists.

Me : " Okay, let me help you with the OPAC (Online Catalogue) "

He : " umm... I'm not used to computer"

Me : " Okay, i'll search it for you *taking his notes* *keep smiling*

I keep search and searching like a dumb and can't find anything he requests. Well, indeed i got the same author with his notes but the title was " Trade as the engine of growth in developing countries blabla". I think that have nothing to do with "l-i-n-g-u-i-s-t-i-c".

This is strange, because he said that these books can only be found at our library. He also told me with his whispering voice that his son saw these books in our facebook notifications. So, i'm asking him, "are you sure?" He replied calmly that he is sure.

So i search again and after 5 minutes he told me that "ummm, actually i'm not really sure, because i heard those name and i "kira-kira" (means = presumably) write it down".

OMG! Haiyaaa!
Why don't u say it earlier...  No wonder arrr... If i keep searching until my comp explode i'll  still never get it.

He continues that he is searching for an ancient language to track down the origin of some kind of  tribes (well, i can't see how that is related *figure it out later*). TA-RAAA.. I got an idea..

Me : Sir, would u please write down that specific language call what?

He : P-A-D-O-E

Me : *thinking, imagined an ancient, isolated tribe wearing koteka and shouting UU-AA-WA*, back to  reality, and immediately put in P-A-D-O-E and find out that  there were three entries in the OPAC.

But, my trouble don't end there... Unfortunately, the books is sooo far away at the language library. The language library was closed by the moment.. Before i gave my answer, my boss and supervisor shown up and i quickly told them the situation.

My boss really spell out loud every word to the poor old man. We did our best to get the books so his effort to come so far away wasn't a waste of time. My colleague even give him a chair in front of my desk. We figured out that the books actually sold by the language library but the old man don't want to buy it because he only needs several pages and not the entire books.

The kind hearted boss then allow him to photocopy. She ask the old man to sit and ask my colleague to photocopy it. While waiting for the books, he pointed at the word Padoe in the books and keep telling me Padoe, Padoe.... His face started to form a smile ( like a small child smiles when given some ice cream or sweets) and he say thanks to me.

Then with a satisfied and happy face, he thanks me *again* and walk out like a child walking out from a toy store, grabbing his toys with full of proud.

He : " Thank you, child" *smiling widely*

Me : "It's a pleasure to help you, Sir...See ya.."

Although it takes an hour for us to solve this problem but i'm satisfied that i can help an old man. It's just makes me feel better that i can help that old man :D

Guys, i really wonder why his son let him alone comes from the nearby city to search for a specific books like that. I hope that next time someone would accompany that poor old man by his journey. What do you think?   Any Comment? Leave it below :D

My Second Post :D

Hmmm... it's another Monday again, but obviously not an ordinary Monday. I usually struggle to wake up when my eyes slightly catch up the word "M-O-N-D-A-Y". Before my consciousness come back into my mind, i've surrender to my bed and it went up i'm late for thousands time.

So, i'll hurry and trying to brush my teeth while having a shower at the same time. I'll drink a glass of milk (prepared 2 hours ago) and rushing out from my apartment then chasing every bus that comes to my eyes.

There were two bus that i should catch up every day except Sunday *of course* to reach my actually-nearby-campus. It was the shuttle bus and then the transjakarta busway, two of them, the first one is the grey one and then the orange-reddish bus with the number 1 hanging in the front of the driver. But, *sigh* it usually end up i'll hardly ever catch up with the shuttle bus and went by foot to the transjakarta busway station.

Unfortunately, as what people says, only early birds get worms and in my case i guess, only early passengers got their bus on time. I'll spend up the whole hours standing in the station and compete with hundreds of people to get in the bus.

The story still continue until i get in the bus and hardly find a place to stand still. I'll swinging back and forth without grabbing anything because i'm just too short to grab any of those bus holder. Even if i'm lucky enough to grab it, it will quickly grab by the tall, smelly man and he'll using my head as a support for his arm then his smelly armpit directly face my nose  *eew, it's so gross*.

So, today is so different, it's my holiday :D
I wake up effortlessly. Brush my teeth thoroughly and blogging peacefully.. YAY ^^

Understanding Acne & Pimples by Face Mapping

There are a lot of factors that caused someone to have acne or pimples in their face. It could be trigger by psychological stress, sleep deprivation, bad diet, stay up late at night and etc. The acne or pimples that occur in certain part of face can be an indicator that some part of the body don't function very well. Those indicator known as face mapping had long been use by the Ancient Chinese to tell someone's illness by looking at their faces.

The Image Explanations
Zones 1 & 3
Traditionally, this zone is regarded as the "sister" to the bladder and digestive system. If you breakout frequently in this area, it might mean that you need to improve your elimination by drinking more water and eating more "whole" foods.

Zone 2
The middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, is related to the liver. Congestion in this zone can indicate over consumption of alcohol, rich foods, and possibly a food allergy (such as lactose intolerance).

Zones 4 & 10
The ears are highly sensitive area related to kidneys. If you notice that your ears are very hot, you might be stressing them out - drink plenty of plain water and cut down on caffeine and alcohol.

Zones 5 & 9
The cheeks often give an accurate glimpse into any respiratory distress. Smokers or people suffering from allergies generally experience fine, broken capillaries or congestion in this area.

Zones 6 & 8
The eyes are truly a window to the body's health because they're related to the kidneys. Dark circles, while here datary, are made worse by dehydration and poor elimination.

Zone 7
A reddened nose can indicate heightened blood pressure, or the early stages of rosacea. Congestion around the upper lip can occur if you use comedogenic lipsticks or liners.

Zones 12
The chin area is highly related with the digestion problems.

Zones 11 & 13
If you've had extensive dental surgery done, you might notice a breakout in the jaws near years.

Zone 14
Don't forget to include your neck in your treatment regimen - its skin is just as fragile as that on your face, so it definitely needs the benefits of motorization and sun protection.
